Single-lever with accelerator lever

automatic single-lever

An electronic accelerator control lever is fixed to the brake lever. Pulling the lever towards the brake lever gradually acts on a potentiometer housed inside the handle, and controls the accelerator. Fully depressing the lever activates a button for the kick-down, ie the automatic transmission. On the lever there are two more buttons for the horn of the drive and the parking brake. To brake you need to push the lever forward. The connecting rod to the brake pedal is equipped with a safety system to override acceleration in the event of sudden braking.

Rotate the lever down to accelerate. A full rotation determines maximum acceleration. In the full-featured version, it is possible to fix vehicle acceleration (Cruise Control) by pressing and rotating the lever. To disable cruise control increase acceleration or push to brake. Pushing the lever forward engages brakes proportionally to the force exerted. If during acceleration it is necessary to brake, the accelerator will be automatically inhibited.
